Recruiter (Temporary – 4 Months)
Location: Hybrid Potential New Westminster
Salary: $31–$33/hour plus 4% vacation pay

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles
Source, screen, and interview candidates
Coordinate interviews and collaborate with hiring managers
Maintain candidate pipelines and support a seamless hiring experience
Ensure inclusive, equity-focused hiring practices aligned with their mission

Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in recruiting or HR
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Commitment to equity, diversity, and cultural safety

Highly organized and self-motivated approach
