A leading real estate company is requiring a receptionist for a 3 month contract. You will be joining an outgoing and friendly team in their Richmond. The hours of operation are from 8:30am-5pm. This role will be offering $15+/hr.
Your new role
As the Receptionist, you will be acting as the point of contact for the organization. You will be responsible for meeting and greeting guests, answering incoming phone calls, and assisting with basic administrative duties.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this position, you must have excellent communication skills and be comfortable in a fast paced environment. To be considered for this position you must be proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook), have excellent customer service skills and possess a positive and friendly attitude. This role is for an immediate start, only applicants based in lower mainland who are immediately available will be considered.
