My client, an established company based in Richmond is seeking a Receptionist to join their team. Working with a large team of professionals, this is a permanent position that offers a competitive salary, excellent benefits, a bonus and on-site parking.
Your new role
As the Receptionist you will be the initial point of contact for clients, welcoming them into the office in a professional manner, you will assess their needs and direct them to the correct point of contact. You will handle incoming calls, transferring to the appropriate contact, also providing basic information to clients. You will assist with schedule appointments and meetings, process incoming documents, and maintaining clients information into the in-house database. In addition you will assist the Office Manager with any related administrative duties
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this job you will have a minimum of 1 years' experience as a Receptionist within a professional setting, in addition to advanced written and spoken communication skills. A Diploma in the administration would be preferential, but not essential. An intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office packages is essential.
