A well-established medium company is hiring full time, professional employees. Our company is in the international trading industry on recycling, containers and transportation business between Canada and Asia. We offer a good base salary plus an extended health benefit plan and vacation leave.


  • Receives and answers calls for the company professionally
  • Maintains office inventory as assigned by the Administrative Manager/Supervisor
  • Assist the Administrative Manager/Supervisor in overseeing the Office organization
  • Collect and classify the resumes received daily supporting the HR department
  • Register incoming mail, outgoing couriers and manage the reception desk
  • Arrange regular office cleaning and organization
  • Support to double check documentation as required by management
  • Receive warmly and professionally all business visitors and partners
  • Support to arrange business meetings


To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and / or ability required.

  • Graduated from full-time College or University, major on administration will be asset but not a must
  • One to two years related experience and / or training
  • Fluent in English and Chinese languages  ( Mandarin preferred) 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and a quick and effective learner
  • must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident status
  • Driver License and vehicle are required
