This position is a Permanent Part Time position of 15 - 20 hours per week. Perfect for someone with kids in school and who only wants to work part time or maybe you are not quite ready to retire and want a little something to keep you busy.
The Receptionist/Office Assistant will be responsible for:
Our client is in Financial Management seeking to welcome their next Receptionist/Office Assistant that goes the extra mile.
Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook are all part of the daily routines in document preparation and will require strong knowledge in all areas of business.
Salary will be commensurate with experience
Position is Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursdays 5 hours per day
