Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time Receptionist to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Controller, the successful candidate will
be responsible for handling incoming claim reports, general office support and ensuring telephone messages and other
inquiries are appropriately handled in a friendly and courteous manner.

Duties include:
 Receiving, directing and relaying telephone, fax and email messages
 Deliver in-coming mail to appropriate staff
 Prepare out-going mail at the end of each working day with appropriate postage and handling
 Meet and greet clients and visitors
 Ordering forms and office supplies as required
 Creating files each morning for any claims called in the night before
 Processing new claims, creating new claim files, notifying appropriate division, project managers and project manager assistants
 Various administration support

The successful candidate will have:
 Minimum 2 years experience as a receptionist
 Experience with data entry
 Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs – competent computer skill are mandatory
 Strong verbal, written and communication skills
 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
 Ability to multi-task and prioritize
 Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team

Any reception/customer service experience in the construction industry will be considered an asset.
