Skills and Qualifications
- Greet visitors and manage visitor/delivery logs
- Answer and transfer calls
- Provide and monitor access badges and manage parking passes
- Order and manage office supplies
- Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
- Post Secondary Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree
- 1-3 years of experience in reception, administrative support and/or customer service required
- Strong computer skills (Google Suite)
- Ability to initiative
- Problem solver, ability to think outside of the box, and be adaptable
