Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a receptionist and admin assistant at the Cohen Buchan Edwards LLP, Richmond office. The qualified person will be responsible for the day to day needs of reception, general data entry and trust cheque preparation. The ideal candidate is self motivative and excels at multitasking. Duties include but are not limited to, answering phones and greeting visitors, general scanning and filing, data entry of POS payments and vendor billing, preparing trust cheques and general office related duties as needed. Competitive salary and benefits including onsite parking, $42,000 - $52,000.
Qualifications
- Proficiency using M365 office, outlook, teams, one note, word and excel
- Advance skills in word and excel not required but an asset
- Ability to follow instructions, both verbal and written
- Experience greeting clients
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Understanding of priorities and the ability to meet deadlines
- ESI / Unity software experience an asset but not required
- Experience working in a Law Office
- Have a valid BC drivers license and vehicle to run errands
