We are looking for a receptionist to start working immediately. The candidate's primary role will be to answer the phone on behalf of the company, input contact and information for potential clients into our system, forward this information to the appropriate personnel and our Director of Operations, and ensure that these leads receive proper follow-up.
Additionally, the receptionist will provide support to senior management and the Director of Operations to develop and execute the marketing program of the firm, including the creation of reports on marketing performance and the preparation and sending of the monthly firm newsletter.
Duties and responsibilities of the job:
Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff.
Scheduling meetings and appointments.
Ordering and taking stock of office supplies.
Being a point of contact for a range of staff and clients.
Filing/ Paperwork Management
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word)
Proper Phone/Email Etiquette
Organizational & Communication Skills
Must have friendly attitude and be reliable
Proficiency in Computers
Writing & Typing Skills
