THE TEAM

The mission of the Real Estate Development Division is to develop our premier real estate network, with continuous improvement of existing spaces and entrepreneurial, selective expansion of new spaces.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As a member of the Real Estate Development (RED) Enablement team, y ou will be responsible for maximizing the effectiveness of the division by ensuring disciplined focus on the work that matters most . The S enior Manager / Manager , Real Estate Development Enablement is a strategic partner accountable for amplifying the impact, effectiveness, and decision quality in support of the Executive Vice President, RED . Operating as an extension of the EVP, this role brings rigor and clarity to priorities and ways of working , ensuring executive focus is directed toward the highest - value outcomes. Through quality assurance and follow - through, the Sr Manager / Manager, RED Enablement f acilitates faster, better decision - making and stronger execution. Grounded in Aritzia's proven ways of working , t his role l eads improvement efforts and EVP - sponsored initiatives that strengthen the Division's performance, alignment, and long - term scalability.

THE ROLE

As the Sr Manager/ Manager, Real Estate Development Enablement , you will:

• Orchestrate the EVP RED's commitments, decisions, and priorities-keeping executive time and attention focused on the highest - impact work .
  

• Uphold Aritzia standards across all EVP RED materials while translating executive direction into clear outcomes, aligned actions, and disciplined follow - through.
  

• Drive continuous operational improvement across Real Estate Development to increase effectiveness, reduce friction, and strengthen decision quality.
  

• Lead EVP RED - sponsored initiatives end - to - end-from strategy through execution, outcomes realized, and learnings embedded.
  

• Own and elevate EVP RED communications and executive engagements to ensure clarity, cohesion, and impact.

THE COMPENSATION

At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.

The range for roles at this level is $100,000 - $300,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
