About our Client
Our client, a well-known real estate company based in Vancouver are looking for a new Administrative Assistant 9 month contract basis to join their busy and dynamic Sales and Marketing team. This organisation offers free parking, full benefits and vacation. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing correspondence, data entry and responding to incoming queries. This is a permanent position and a great opportunity for someone who is looking to build their administrative career.

Hours of work – Monday to Friday 9:00 to 5:00.


  • Generate sales and legal documents and contracts for customers
  • Data Entry
  • Process credit card payments and deposits
  • Answering daily queries and requests from customers
  • Assist with general administrative support from management

Key Requirements

  • Experience related within real estate, conveyancing, and mortgages
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Flexible to work occasional extended hours and weekends
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational abilities and time-management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing job tasks
  • Additional language skills would be a strong advantage
