Title: Finance Transformation Consultant | Location: Vancouver, BC (Remote)

Estimated Rate: $90 – $125 / hour | Job Type: Contract / 6-18 months

About the Opportunity

Our client, a premier global enterprise services firm, is seeking experienced Finance Transformation Consultants to join an elite talent pool driving large-scale digital and operational finance modernization. In this high-impact, high-autonomy role, you will partner with executive stakeholders to redesign financial processes, modernize reporting frameworks, and implement enterprise ERP systems across complex organizations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive Strategic Modernization: Lead end-to-end finance transformation projects, aligning finance strategy, Target Operating Models (TOM), and organizational structures.

• Optimize Financial Reporting & Architecture: Architect optimized financial reporting frameworks, chart of accounts, and regulatory/compliance governance models.

• Manage Enterprise ERP Systems: Leverage deep ERP ecosystem knowledge (SAP S/4HANA Cloud, SAP GRC, CCA, Oracle DB) to bridge business requirements with technology execution.

• Mitigate Risk & Ensure Compliance: Design robust internal controls, enterprise risk management (ERM) policies, and regulatory reporting mechanisms.

• Deliver Advanced Analytics: Apply financial modeling, project management methodologies, and data analytics to extract actionable insights for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Core Expertise: Proven track record leading finance transformation programs within complex corporate or consulting environments (required).

• Professional Designations: CPA or CFA designation strongly preferred.

• ERP & Systems Mastery: Hands-on familiarity or architecture experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud (CCA, GRC) or Oracle systems.

• Functional Breadth: Deep experience in financial reporting design, regulatory management, compliance, and corporate finance strategy.

• Leadership & Execution: Strong project management background with exceptional stakeholder engagement and data analytics skills.
