You are a detail-oriented, customer-driven service professional who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Extended Health Operations Manager at TELUS Health, you are highly motivated, results-oriented and passionate about growth.

You will be an integral part of a small but growing team that manages the registration of clinics as well as providers on the TELUS Health system and the maintenance of the extended health data, including changes and credentialing.

Here's how
    •Registering extended health providers to the TELUS Provider Registry •Conducting regular maintenance of existing data •Managing the TELUS Provider Registry •Providing client resolutions for issues escalated to 2nd & 3rd level support •Communicating with the product stakeholders, provincial governing bodies, colleges and associations •Handling and overseeing projects to successful completion for both internal and external clients •Supporting new TELUS Health initiatives •Providing client support to internal departments


You're the missing piece of the puzzle
    •1 or more years of experience in customer service or a service-oriented industry •Intermediate to advanced skills in using Microsoft (MS) Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access •Able to apply critical thinking skills to resolve issues •Requirements gathering •Strong coordination skills •Ability to effectively communicate, written and verbal, with internal and external customers in both English & French •College diploma or university degree

    •Experience in the extended healthcare industry
