Privately owned developer manager seeking a residential property manager in Vancouver - 70K+

Your new company
Our client, a privately owned developer and property management group, in search of a Residential Property Manager based in Vancouver, BC. This is an excellent opportunity to work for one of Vancouver's most well-regarded organizations and to work in part of a wider, dynamic team. You will be responsible for a portfolio of residential properties. This role also offers the opportunity to expand your experience and work closely with development and construction teams on behalf of the asset management function.

Your new role
The Residential Property Manager will be directly responsible for the operation and management of a portfolio of 350 residential units which will exponentially grow over the next 5 year forecast. You will ensure all property management policies, procedures and operations are conducted effectively. You will also ensure all occupant problems are rectified promptly, develop and motivate staff, produce annual and monthly operating reports and budgets, and provide long term capital project forecasts. You will always ensure corporate governance, environmental, health & safety policies are compliant

What you'll need to succeed
As the successful candidate in this role, you will have a minimum of 5 years of Property Management experience in rental property management. You will also have your post-secondary degree and a specialized real-estate designation is preferred. You will have strong customer services abilities, excellent communication skills and a good team focused attitude.
