THE ROLE:

Our client is a private real estate investment, development, and management company who have been operating for over a decade. They buy and develop industrial, multifamily residential and retail properties.

We are looking to add a Property Administratorto their team in Vancouver. The Property Administrator will be integral in supporting our Property Management function and a key contributor to our tenant first approach. Working closely with the Property Managers, the Property Administrator will directly interact with our tenants, service providers and other colleagues.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Support the team in property administration, lease administration, tenant coordination, invoice approvals, rent roll maintenance;

•Maintain and update tenant lists / files and other files as necessary

•Prepare correspondence as necessary

•Formulate and distribute tenant letters & notices

•Supporting the Property Managers and ensure that all policies, procedures and operations are conducted effectively;

•Provide a high standard of tenant relations by ensuring problems are rectified in a prompt, effective and cost-efficient manner and maintain proactive communications regarding property management issues

•Acting as tenant liaison to provide an outstanding tenant experience;

•Other ad hoc tasks or projects to maintain optimal property management operations as directed;

REQUIREMENTS:

•1 - 3 years of experience administering a mixed portfolio of office, industrial retail or multifamily properties in the capacity of PM Administrator;

•Excellent organizational, time management and prioritization skills including the ability to multi-task with competing priorities;

•Excellent understanding of business professionalism and the ability to work effectively under pressure within a fast-paced team environment;

•Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) are required.

•A dedication to provide exceptional service, every day, always striving to do the right thing;

•Strong computer skills and proficiency in Yardi, Angus, MS Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word and SharePoint application
