Surrey Housing Organisation Seeking Property Administrator immediately for 2 month contract
Your new company
This well-respected company specialises in providing social housing across the Lower Mainland. Due to needed additional support within the team, they are now seeking a property administrator to join their team for a 2-month contract position.
Your new role
You will be working out of the head office in Surrey. Your duties will include the following: providing general administrative support for the Property Manager including creating memos, correspondence, and tenant notices, update all internal tenant management systems of any changes, Handling tenant concerns and inquiries as much as possible, Sets up and maintains all tenant files and maintenance files . The work hours for this role are Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with no overtime.
What you'll need to succeed
To secure this position it is essential that you have a 2+ years' of office experience with exposure in basic accounting (preferably with accounts payable, invoicing, accounts receivables experience). You will need to be comfortable working with tenants. You must also be immediately available for full time hours.
What you'll get in return
This is an 2 month contract with potential to extend for the right person. There is also a competitive hourly pay rate.
