Property Administrator required to join small team based in Burnaby, transit friendly and ongoing contract

Your new company
This well-established property company takes great pride in their professional working environment and support they provide to their team. Due to a move within the team they are currently seeking a dedicated Property Administrator to join them.

Your new role
You will be joining a team of 2 Property Managers and 1 other administrator working on residential, commercial and retail portfolios. Your duties will include updating contracts, writing memos, updating contactor lists, processing invoices and rent payments, arranging maintenance, collecting insurance certificates, preparing reports, arranging schedules and other general administrative duties.

What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this position you must have a high attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills. It is preferred that you have a previous property or real estate administration background, ideally commercial or retail background. Proficiency with excel and exposure to SAP or Yardi is an advantage.
