Property Accountant – Commercial Real Estate
Location: Vancouver, BC
Salary: $55,000–$60,000
Job Type: Full-Time (24–40 hours/week, flexible)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (In-office core hours: 10 AM–2:30 PM, with remote flexibility after probation)

About the Opportunity
Our client, a well-established commercial real estate firm in Vancouver, is looking for a Property Accountant / Bookkeeper to join their team. Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for a portfolio of commercial properties
Handle accounts payable and receivable
Complete monthly financial reporting and bank reconciliations
Prepare CAM (Common Area Maintenance) reconciliations
Maintain general ledger activity in Sage 300
Assist with other accounting tasks as needed

Qualifications:

2–4 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
Accounting diploma or certificate preferred (CPA Level 2/3 acceptable)
Proficiency in Excel and Sage 300
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Experience in property management accounting is an asset
