We're seeking a hardworking colleague with a proven track record of vendor management for our Information Management Project Office team in the role of Project Support Manager and performing in the role of vendor management for the Advance program.

The Advance Program seeks to improve the way we deliver care and the way patients experience care for better outcomes. The program focuses on re-imagining the clinical workflows for greater efficiencies and coordination across providers, enabled by the new Meditech Expanse platform. This transformation will increase automation and provide easier access to data to gain insights for improved patient care and in support of continuous quality improvements (CQI).

You will bring your strengths in project management services in the areas of contracting, supplier management and coordinating between multiple parties within and outside the program. The successful candidate will support the program using FHA vendor management processes, and be responsible for planning, coordination, reporting and overall management of current and future contracts on the program.

In this role you will provide coordination, support and hands-on expertise to help manage the vendors and suppliers on the program. This position is responsible for ensuring the relationship with the various suppliers is properly managed. Working closely with Advance PMO team, you will apply your expertise in project management, stakeholder management, communications, resource management, budgeting, decision support, and corporate business savvy.

You will define, recommend, develop and implement process, tools, reports and plans to manage and onboard new vendors. Within this program, you will have the opportunity to combine your expertise in project management and supply chain management with your ability to effectively communicate and provide recommendations to senior leadership.

Responsibilities will include:
    •Proactive management of the vendors' deliverables •Monitor and report on the financials of each provider •Create new contracts and amendments and assist with onboarding of new contractors •Process invoices and maintain the timekeeping/invoices process

We will give preference to those that have:
    •Experience working in the Healthcare Industry with Clinical Information System implementations. •Experience or Certification in Prince2, IIBA (or other industry recognized PM or Business Analysis designation or standard). •Experience with managing large scale request for proposals and the BC Bid process •Experience with presenting to and communicating with Executive teams •Experience with managing multiple cross functional teams
