Clinical & Systems Transformation (CST) is one of the largest healthcare projects in British Columbia's history. It is a joint undertaking between Vancouver Coastal Health, the Provincial Health Services Authority and Providence Health Care to complete a large-scale transformation of clinical practices and systems. •Provide technical project support to CST Pharmacy project teams by coordinating key activities related to the planning and implementation of various initiatives for the project; •Assist in document distribution, project schedules and formal communications with stakeholders; •Prepare and maintain comprehensive document control records and tracking mechanisms; •Attend project meetings, monitor task lists and manage outstanding risks and issues; •Develop user documentation, such as training and downtime procedures to support the implementation. Your background includes:
•Diploma in Business Administration or related field; •Plus three (3) to five (5) years' related experience in project management support, facilities planning or clinical information system implementation.
A valid B.C. Driver's license and access to personal vehicle is required for business related purposes.
This is a temporary part-time position available until approximately August 12, 2021 and is located in Vancouver, BC with a requirement for occasional travel to other sites.Here's what we have for you:
