Project Scheduler opportunity to work on one of BC's largest infrastructure projects
The project is based in Northern BC and will require working on a 21 & 7 rotation.
The company has a reputation for developing major projects, many of which are notable on a global scale, and this position would afford the successful applicant the chance to fulfill a key strategic role in the development of such projects. The company are well known for pursuing large P3 contracts, but have recently broadened their horizons and have started to bid on smaller, regional projects. Due to the recent awarding of a major contract, they are looking to grow their operations team.
As a Project Scheduler, you will be responsible for the development of the construction schedule and maintaining progress reports in order to meet client and project requirements. You will work with subcontractors, estimators and quantity surveyors to ensure that the project is on schedule and within budget.
The right Candidate will hold a Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or similar and have at least 7 years' experience working primarily on large infrastructure projects, P3 experience would be an asset. Design Build in a multi-national joint venture environment would be highly regarded. Proficiency using Oracle Primavera Software and Microsoft Project is essential.
