As this team continues to grow, a Junior/Intermediate Project Manager is needed to join their friendly and energetic team in Vancouver on a permanent basis. Responsibilities & Duties

  • Monitor contractual and financial aspects of construction projects and implement actions to mitigate potential risks and challenges
  • Communication with all contacts on projects (ex. site superintendent, clients, designers, trades and consultants) to ensure effective coordination of construction activities
  • Perform project estimating and oversee construction tenders and negotiations
  • Manage all project documentation including permits and site notifications, budgets, quotes, POs and COs
  • Prepare and review all construction cost reports and forecasts


  • A post-secondary degree or diploma in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or Interior Design
  • At minimum 3 years of local project management experience in the commercial interior design field, with experience in tenant improvements, is required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Project Management software
  • Knowledge and understanding of construction documentation in compliance with applicable BC codes
  • Strong leadership, communication and time management skills with special emphasis on conflict resolution and negotiation skills
