Project Manager

Based in Surrey, BC, and as part of the Project Management team, the Project Manager will work collaborative with internal and external stakeholders to meet project budget and deadlines and ensure that customer requirements are met.

As a Project Manager, you will be expected to:

  • Planning and managing multiple, concurrent projects while coordinating activities of multiple internal departments and external customer project teams.

  • Reviewing all customers’ Statement of Work/Requirements (SOW/SOR) to evaluate the feasibility of customers’ desired objectives.

  • Scheduling and conducting Project meetings to ensure budget, timelines and quality requirements are met.

  • Ongoing communication with customers, suppliers, sales and other internal departments.

  • Ongoing follow-up on project actions, open issues and other project-related activity.

  • Presenting regular project updates to senior management.

  • Other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.

To join our team as a Project Manager, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Science or Engineering preferred.

  • Equivalent mix of relevant education (i.e. 3 years Technology Diploma) and more senior, relevant experience may also be considered.

  • PMP – Project Management Professional designation.

  • Advanced Business Administration training and/or commercial experience is considered an asset

  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

  • Prior experience using ERP/MRP SAP systems, Time Tracker will be considered an asset.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office..
