The CSD Service Transformation team is looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and driven individual with a proven track-record of delivery. As a Project Manager II, you will play a key role planning, executing and delivering complex, transformational projects in CSD. You have a proven ability to collaborate across business units and with key stakeholders to execute on initiatives with high complexity and/or business impact. The ability to lead strategies through the creation of solution alternatives, assessments, planning and analysis is key to the success of the individual in this role. Customer Solutions Delivery (CSD) is responsible for providing service delivery for our consumer customers while designing, maintaining and upgrading our wireline network. With over 2,500 team members and 2,000 partners across Canada, the CSD team is working in our communities, on the road, on-site and behind the scenes, to make sure our customers have the services they need when they need them.
Who is CSD Service Transformation?
The CSD Service Transformation team partners with key stakeholders across CSD and TELUS to design and deploy complex, system-based business capabilities that deliver significant business value. We collaborate with Consumer Small Business leadership to define and deliver the systems strategy and business capabilities to bring TELUS wireline service to our customers' premise. Responsible for the CSD MLT capital, we drive efficiency and improve customer service by enhancing systems capabilities for workforce management, scheduling, and dispatchResponsibilities:
As a Project Manager II on the CSD Service Transformation team, you will lead business and technical professionals in the end-to-end planning and delivery of CSD's MLT system-focused projects. From business case development through to final delivery and business benefit realization, you will be accountable for the overall success of your project portfolio and your performance will be measured by the successful realization of your portfolio's targeted business case benefits.

•Structure and manage projects, include defining project scope and objectives; secure appropriate resources; develop detailed plans to ensure completion of projects on time, on budget, and satisfying objectives, while minimizing potential obstacles and risks Qualifications:Required Knowledge:
•Maximize project team performance by providing team members with a clear sense of direction and an understanding of their respective responsibilities, and by encouraging open discussion of ideas, issues, and competing viewpoints
•Manage multiple initiatives concurrently
•Develop and track project financials
•Ensure deliverables conform to quality standards
•Ensure effective control of projects: Address conflicting priorities, issues, risks, dependencies and change
•Communicate project details effectively to executive stakeholders and project teams
•Lead, mentor, and develop the business and technical team members engaged on your portfolio
•Manage all aspects of projects over all phases of the life cycle (initiate, plan, launch, control, and close)
•Demonstrated working knowledge of project management methodologies, principles and practices Required Skills & Abilities:
•Experience in managing one large scale project with multiple phases, or multiple smaller scale projects, working with a diverse stakeholder groups
•Demonstrated leadership, problem solving, negotiation, communication and analytical skills Required Professional Designation/Certification:
•Strong time management and organization skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
•Excellent communication skills including verbal, written, presentation, and facilitation with the ability to present information to all levels of the organization.
•Highly motivated, creative, self-sufficient with ability to work successfully under pressure
•Demonstrated critical thinking, creative problem solving and willingness to ensure results
•Passion for customer service, high performance, fast-paced work culture, and leading-edge technology
•Advanced knowledge of MS Project, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and Visio
•Solid financial and quantitative skills
•Bachelor's degree in Business, or Computer Science, or Engineering, or equivalent education and/or experience Required Experience:
