WSP Golder has a new opportunity for a Project Manager to join our Heritage and Eco EIA team in a Full-Time position in any of our WSP Golder Offices.

A day in the life:

•You will work with various internal and external stakeholders to plan projects (scope, schedule, and budget), under the direction of the Project Sponsor;
•You will work with the team to cost projects and develop proposals/work plans;
•You will engage with Indigenous owned Businesses;
•You will lead project teams composed of internal staff and subcontractors to execute projects to ensure that deliverables satisfy clients' needs;
•You will assemble, manage and use a project monitoring system to monitor and track project progress with respect to schedule and budget;
•You will implement various project financial and accounting processes to manage A/R, variance, and project multipliers;
•You will develop and implement project execution plans (health and safety, quality, risk management, communication, documentation, etc.);
•You will manage projects with technical teams to deliver on schedule and budget, and meet the technical requirements of clients and regulatory agencies;
•You will communicate regularly and frequently with clients and project teams to offer support and guidance;
•You will provide leadership and guidance to junior project staff;
•You will participate in WSP Golder's Health & Safety program and demonstrate a "Safety First" focus.

What you'll bring to WSP Golder...

•Professional Project Management Designation (e.g., Project Management Institute (PMI)) coupled with a degree in Business, Archaeology, Anthropology, or a related discipline;
•Minimum of 5 years related project management work experience, ideally within a large and diverse organization;
•Superior project planning skills and an ability to lead diverse teams;
•Excellent computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and Adobe Acrobat Software;
•Detail conscious and results focused;
•Strong written and oral communications skills;
•High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethics;
•Experience in engineering or environmental consulting an asset.
