Project Manager - Civil | Established General Contractor | Fraser Valley | $90K-110K

Your new company
Our client, a large General Contractor based in the Fraser Valley, is looking to add an experienced Project Manager to their management team. Working out of their Lower Mainland office, you will be responsible for assisting in the management of Civil & Infrastructure projects across Western Canada.

Specialising in Civil Infrastructure and Industrial construction, they have operated Canada wide for over 40 years and have worked on a variety of projects including; Hydro, Run of River, Water Treatment Plants and Processing Plants. Due to sustained growth they need to hire an experienced Project Coordinator and expand their project management team.

Your new role
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for overall management of the project. You will be involved from tender through to completion. Responsibilities will include assisting with scheduling, take offs and liaising with both the client and sub-contractors.

What you'll need to succeed
The right candidate will have at least 5 years Project Management experience, working in the Civil Construction sector. You will hold a Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering and be proficient with Estimating and Project Management software. You will have a strong understanding of both Earthworks and Structural Civil works.
