We are an established privately held company, which is involved in the manufacturing and supply of environmental products.            

We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager / PMP to join our team.  Previous working experience in implementing ISO 9001 Quality Assurance programs, or similar programs into our company standards, would be an asset.

The Project Manager reports to the company Managing Director, and is expected to provide leadership and accountability to ensure the company meets project deliverables. 

This includes management and oversight of major projects and formal organization of our company principles which will direct, coordinate, and control all company efforts to meet contractual obligations of ongoing and future projects.

Job Description:

  • Facilitate successful project definition, planning, budgeting, scheduling, resourcing

  • Manage projects within scope, quality, time, and cost constraints

  • Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and project demands

  • Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately

  • Coordinating internal resources and vendors for flawless execution of projects

  • Proactively identify project issues and risks and create successful action plans for resolving issues and mitigating risks

  • Convene and chair meetings, track and report on project milestones and provide status reports to client, project teams, and other project stakeholders

  • Proactively set and manage client and project team expectations


  • B. Sc. or equivalent degree in Engineering, Science, Environmental, Business or related discipline

  • 5+ years of experience in project management.  Experience with Federal Government supply contracts preferred

  • PMP certification including experience with and understanding of Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) principles
  • In depth experience with key practices, processes and methodologies applicable to project management, including creating plans and project review and controls

  • Highly organized with proven ability to handle multiple, competing priorities simultaneously and make things happen in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Demonstrated experience in working in unstructured environments that required designing and implementing creative project management methodologies
  • Excellent teamwork skills with a natural ability to motivate and work well with others
  • Agile approach in personal work style, with ability to be flexible and adept in dealing with and resolving ambiguity
  • Detailed oriented with a flair for problem solving
  • Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills including creating usable documentation and tools

This is a fulltime position

Salary is open, depending on working experience experience
