Position Highlights Bring your demonstrated knowledge in change and project management skills and ability to influence others in this key role as a Project Leader, Clinical Operations for the Integrated Long Term Care and Assisted Living portfolio.

The Project Leader is responsible for:
    •Lead, plan, develop, implement/evaluate new or redesigned interventions / programs to improve population-level outcomes, support care improvement priorities while ensuring alignment with operational requirements and provincial mandates. •Coordinate project development by assessing and identifying clinical and user needs in consultation with the program managers and clinical experts. •Incorporate current evidence-based clinical practice with change and/or project management methodologies in the new or redesign of existing clinical programs to transform service delivery, culture and system structure. •Establish project charter, plan and objectives to outline operational improvement timelines and deliverables; execute project methodologies to ensure completion / coordination of initiatives. •Facilitate consensus with stakeholders and manage project resources including project budgets and expenditures; identifies, negotiates and/or resolves issues to ensure new/redesigned clinical programs are ready for implementation.

Your qualifications include:
    •Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Allied Health Science and/or other relevant clinical discipline •Seven years' recent related experience in a health care environment relevant to the designated initiative •Five years' experience responsible for managing and leading program development and/or quality improvement initiatives/projects •Two years' experience in a supervisory role in a large complex organization. •Valid drivers license and access to a personal vehicle for business-related purposes.

Preferred candidates have recent experience in a operation leadership role within a clinical area or program, acute care hospital or LTC/AL residence preferred. Experience with referral processes from acute care to LTC / AL or experience with move-in process for residents within care homes is preferred. Each of these positions is responsible for weekend and/or stat holiday work.

We have two full time positions based at our Central City offices in Surrey, BC, with access to rapid transit, shopping, restaurants, on-site gym and other amenities.
