If so, bring your skills to this key role leading a variety of projects related to workflow improvement, system optimization and knowledge transfer, servicing the Workplace Health for the Health Authorities within BC. Build on your education and career experience as you:
•Lead project development by assessing and identifying clinical and user needs in consultation with the program managers and clinical guides; •Handle the review of clinical needs, products and systems ensuring detailed specifications; •Lead, plan, develop, implement/evaluate new or redesigned clinical services/programs to support service improvement priorities while ensuring alignment with operational requirements and provincial mandates; •Incorporate current evidence-based clinical practice with change and/or project management methodologies for new initiatives or redesign of existing clinical programs to transform service delivery, culture and system structure; •Facilitate consensus with partners and lead project resources including project budgets and expenditures; identifies, negotiates and/or resolves issues to ensure new/redesigned clinical programs are ready for implementation. •Contribute to the overall project team and establish good working relationships with team members. To join our team, we will look for you to have:
•Bachelor's Degree in health care discipline. •Five (5) years recent, related project management or process improvement experience with an occupational health, infection control or public health setting, or equivalent of combination of education, training and experience. In this key role, you will:
•Lead, occupational health related projects and function as a resource for management teams. •Develop, implement and evaluate new technical solutions in order to redesign processes, ensuring clinical objectives and provincial mandates. •Develop and lead education and training strategy related to projects.
This is a full time
position, based at our Central City offices in Surrey
