A well-established Custom Home Builder is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their modern office based in Burnaby. This company prides itself in building Custom Homes in Vancouver, Burnaby and the North Shore. You will be joining a talented and dedicated team who provide a strong commitment to their clients and also clear communication within the team.
Your new role
As Project Coordinator you will be responsible for assisting the Project Manager with Custom Home projects from beginning to end. This is a hybrid role which will include a mixture of Project Coordination and Estimating. The key to this role is having skilled communication and always willing to go the extra mile for the client.
What you'll need to succeed
This job requires you to have 3+ years' residential construction experience with the relevant technical degree/diploma. Custom Home building experience is an asset but not essential. You will need to be detailed orientated, ambitious and personable.
