Opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join a design & construction team in North Vancouver.

Your new role
In this role, you will be assisting and reporting to Project Managers or Senior Project Managers. The Project Assistant must develop effective working relationships with both internal and external partners. You will be preparing feasibility site plans and architectural design drawings, Liaise and Coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of new store requirements, Create and modify digital architectural renderings and custom signage graphics and Work with and maintain the department databases, filing and archiving systems. In this role, you will be provided with the opportunity to create high quality design concepts, be actively involved in all phases of our projects, and create excellent company relationships.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' related technical experience with a good working knowledge of standard construction practices and materials. You will have exceptional space planning abilities (both building and site) and be able to interpret, modify, and create plans referencing prototype design guidelines. You will need strong organisational skills to assist the Project Manager in administering projects including knowledge of basic office procedures. Proficiency in negotiation and conflict resolution, strong written and verbal communication skills, high ownership for their work, commitment to deadlines, and the ability to work under pressure are necessary.
