Great Canadian Gaming is looking for it's next Project Coordinator to join it's team for an 18 month contract. As a member of our Business Integration team you will work under the direct supervision of the Director, Business Integration and will be responsible for providing support in the planning, execution, tracking and reporting of projects of varying size and complexity.

As our next Project Coordinator these will be some of your key accountabilities:
    •Establishing project team meetings, including facilitation and taking and distributing minutes •Tracking and coordinating project activities across all phases of project work •Assisting and/or collaborating with Senior Management team to prepare project planning, budgeting and identification of resources required •Providing accurate and relevant data on project progress; review and provide recommendations to the Senior Management team as required •Coordinating project intake process to determine project suitability •Assisting and planning project timelines, phases and milestones of approved projects •Interfacing with internal and external stakeholders, contractors, and Regulators as required •Preparing status reports as required •Effectively and accurately communicating relevant project information to operations and the project team •Developing and cultivating strong working relationships with all stakeholders: guests, management and employees; •Assisting in the planning and booking of travel requirements for project team members as required •Conducting RFP processes as required •Creating Purchase Orders as required •Ensuring compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations

The right candidate will posses the following education and qualification requirements:
    •3-5 years of Project Coordinator experience, or a suitable combination of education and/or experience •Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Project Management tools (MS Project) •Effective communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills •Excellent problem solving, time management and prioritization skills with an attention to detail •Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team based environment •Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities •Ability to exceed internal and external customer expectations through timely, effective and service oriented communication
