Join a Burnaby-based construction company and put your exceptional coordination and administration skills to the test. Working on-site, you’ll collaborate with industry experts and engage closely with talented Project teams, including Site Foremen, Field Technicians, Estimators and Project Managers.

What’s In It For You

An annual salary in the $55-60K range, commensurate with skills and experience, extended health care benefits and RRSP matching.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate schedules for Field Technicians, and ensure availability of site documentation and materials
  • Monitor job progress and site reports
  • Manage procurement including receiving and organizing project materials
  • Maintain technical and safety training records of Field Technicians
  • Schedule training sessions for Field Technicians as needed
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for crews as needed
  • Maintain maintenance records for company service vehicles (occasionally may require delivering vehicles to auto shops)
  • Other project administration and coordination duties as required

What You Bring

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination/administration
  • Experience in the construction or trades industries is a big benefit
  • Sound computer skills including experience with Word and Excel, knowledge of Adobe or Visio is an asset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Great attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • BC driver’s license is required
