Project Accountant

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, has excellent time management and prioritization skills, and has an interest in learning more about the real estate industry!

Location: Vancouver, BC

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full cycle accounting process
• Draft monthly and annual financial statements and other related documents
• Issue invoices, enter bills and other accounts payable functions
• Prepare project costs reports
• Assist with bank and account reconciliations
• Prepare tax filings
• Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Canadian CPA Designation
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Previous experience with Quickbooks
• Knowledge of the real estate industry is considered an asset
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple detail-oriented tasks under pressure
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to complete work with a high degree of accuracy and detail
• Highly proficient with MS Office Suite
