Opportunity for an Accountant with excellent attention to detail to use their multi-tasking experience.
This company's main purpose is to assist clients through asset management and land development. They have a diverse portfolio of rental and retail properties. They also do the project management for institutional and construction projects. They are currently looking for a Project Accountant to join their team.
In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining project cost budgets and reports. You will review Cost Report Summaries with relevant parties, and update project budgets or re-class as necessary. You will work with stakeholders to prepare their required reports, and reconcile and maintain the Capital Project balances. You will provide assistance and support to the Accounts Payable department with Job Cost Coding and processing invoices, as needed.
To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years of experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliations. You will be an Excel expert, and be fluent with Pivot Tables, and Vlookups. Because this role involves communicating with numerous parties, we needs someone who is a strong communicator and capable of managing a lot of information flowing from different parties.
