We hire great people for phenomenal jobs. We are looking for an organized Program Coordinator, to join our dynamic Professional Practice Department. You will work as the key point of contact for our team liaising with internal and external stakeholders such as academic institutions and regulatory colleges providing communication around our programs.

Position Highlights:

You will provide organization support for our Practice Transition Program coordinating the compiling of data, related workflow procedures, electronic files and documents, summaries and reports, and system improvements. Bring your strong proficiency and ability to develop systems using various computer software and applications to a rewarding role where you can really make a difference.

Your specific duties will include:
    •Coordinating/scheduling meetings, preparing meeting agendas, materials, and minutes, coordinating sessions/workshops/events, developing/sending communications, collecting/summarizing resource materials, maintaining electronic files, and preparing/editing/maintaining documents, web pages and SharePoint site files. •Evaluate programs/projects by coordinating program evaluation and attendance records, collating survey results, conducting preliminary analysis, and generating summaries, statistical and other related reports using database and web based applications. •Organize workflow, develops and implements work methods and procedures that support the objectives of the programs/projects, determines priorities, resolves day-to-day problems and evaluates operating procedures/processes. Develops and recommends system improvements and implements approved changes. •Maintains budget data including analyzing, reconciling, recommending changes, projecting requirements, and preparing funding transfers and budget submissions. Identifies and provides input into equipment/resource needs.

Qualifications:
    •Graduation from a diploma program in administration, project management, adult education, or related field •Five (5) years recent, related experience in an education, business or health care environment •Microsoft applications at an intermediate to advanced level •Ability to type 60 wpm

An equivalent combination of education, training and experience is acceptable.

Assets to this role:
    •Experience with Learning Hub, FH Pulse, and Excel database.

This part time opportunity is based at our Central City offices in Surrey, BC, with access to rapid transit, shopping, restaurants, on-site gym and other amenities. Some travel to site hospitals will be required.
