. You will work as the key point of contact for our team liaising with internal and external stakeholders such as academic institutions and regulatory colleges providing communication around our programs.Position Highlights:
You will provide organization support for assigned programs within Professional Practice such as new employee (clinical) orientation, education technology strategy, clinical policy office, patient education and other clinical care priorities, practice transition and mentorship. Liaises with internal and external stakeholders such as academic institutions, regulatory colleges, clinical and informatics teams, and functions as the central point of contact for the coordination of designated programs/ projects. Reviews and catalogues professional practice tools, resources, materials, records. Coordinates program activities and workflow, develops and implements work methods and procedures that support the objectives of the assigned programs/ projects, maintains the electronic files, summaries and reports and recommends process and system improvements. •Coordinates and provides organization support for assigned programs and program-related activities within Professional Practice •Functions as the central point of contact for assigned programs. Receives and responds to related queries, prepares and distributes communications, liaises with internal and external stakeholders for communications around programs, including clarifying information and resolving issues and/or escalating queries to the Leader and/ or Director as appropriate. Maintains current lists for key contacts, program service providers and facilitators. •Coordinates and assists in the evaluation of assigned programs/ projects; reviews requests for professional practice services, coordinates program evaluation and attendance records, collates survey or feedback results, conducts preliminary analysis and generates summaries, statistical and other related reports •Catalogues written and electronic records. Coordinates and maintains processes for receiving, reviewing, processing, tracking, filing, cataloguing, and retrieving professional practice materials, resources and records •Establishes and maintains professional practice databases. •Organizes and coordinates the activities and workflow within the assigned programs/ projects, develops and implements work methods and procedures that support the objectives of the programs/ projects, determines priorities, resolves day-to-day problems and evaluates operating procedures/ processes Qualifications:
•Graduation from a diploma program in administration, project management, adult education, or related field •Five (5) years recent, related experience in an education, business or health care environment •Microsoft applications at an intermediate to advanced level •Ability to type 60 wpm An equivalent combination of education, training and experience is acceptable. Assets to this role:
•Experience with Learning Hub, FH Pulse, and Excel database.
This full time opportunity is based at our Central City offices in Surrey, BC, with access to rapid transit, shopping, restaurants, on-site gym and other amenities. Some travel to site hospitals will be required.Valued Benefits:
