The People Development Program Coordinator
is an integral role in the Talent team within Fraser Health and supports the Vision, Values, Purpose and Commitments of Fraser Health including service delivery that is centered around our Senior Leaders including patients/clients/residents and families:
Provides organization support for all programs within Talent Development (TD) and People Development (PD) such as the successor pool programmes, collating confidential information for the In-Role Development and coordinating and communicating learning platform inputs and virtual management of various programs across the TD and PD ecosystem including mentorship. Liaises with internal and external stakeholders such as academic institutions and functions as the central point of contact for the coordination of designated programs/projects and learning initiatives and coordinates and compiles names and confidential details including managing related workflow procedures, electronic files and documents, summaries and reports, and system improvements.

In this dynamic role you will provide assistance in the evaluation of programs/projects and support the development, implementation, and maintenance of competency based learning programs for staff!Your specific duties will include:
•Coordinates, manages, and provides organization support for assigned programs, learning initiatives, and program-related activities within Talent and People Development. Manages programs and services to support and enhance employee learning designed for an integrated educational experience. •Functions as the central point of contact, prepares and distributes communications, drafts correspondence, receives and responds to related queries, liaises with internal and external stakeholders for communications around programs, including clarifying information and resolving issues and/or, escalating queries to the Leader and/or Director as appropriate. Maintains current lists for key contacts, program service providers, and facilitators. •Assists in the evaluation of programs/projects by coordinating program evaluation and attendance records, conducting preliminary analysis, and generating summaries, statistical and other related reports using database and web based applications. Works collaboratively with the L&OD team, contributes to the evaluation and assessment of program outcomes. •Support the development, implementation and maintenance of competency based learning programs for orientation and continuing education of staff, and integrating with organizational standards and the performance management process such as 360 insights. •Catalogues written and electronic records. Maintains processes for receiving, processing, tracking, filing, cataloguing, and retrieving records. •Establishes and maintains TD and PD databases. Promotes the use of related databases at Fraser Health and may provide guidance and training to users around the learning that's designed for each area of focus within TD and PD. •Provides support including coordinating programs across a variety of mediums and preparing meeting agendas, materials, and minutes, coordinating sessions/workshops/events, developing/sending communications, collecting/summarizing resource materials, maintaining electronic files, and preparing/editing/maintaining documents, web pages and SharePoint site files. •Organizes workflow, develops and implements work methods and procedures that support the objectives of the programs/projects, determines priorities, resolves day-to-day problems and evaluates operating procedures/processes. Develops and recommends system improvements and implements approved changes. Ensures programs and project deliverables are completed on time as identified in the project plan. •Maintains budget data including analyzing, reconciling, recommending changes, projecting requirements, and preparing funding transfers and budget submissions. Identifies and provides input into equipment/resource needs Qualifications:
•Graduation from a diploma program in administration, project management, adult education, or related field •Three years' recent related experience in an education, business or health care environment. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience is acceptable.Valued benefits
