Job Description Summary

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to use your collaboration and organizational skills to help the world's scientists advance new therapeutics and diagnostics? Our growing Custom Services Division is looking for a Program Associate to coordinate the operations of the Services for Cell Therapy and Diagnostics Programs.

If you are a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills, this role provides a great opportunity to help grow STEMCELL's clinical and diagnostics business by coordinating relevant activities and identifying opportunities for process improvement. By working with a team of experienced Program Managers, you will gain exposure to a wide range of business processes and will learn key operational/regulatory aspects of supporting clinical and diagnostic applications.

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support Custom Services Program Managers by coordinating program activities, including internal/external meetings and projects
  • Drive initiatives to streamline operations within the Custom Services Division
  • Liaise with other business groups to complete customer-driven requests for Official Documents, standard contracts, quality questionnaires and other routine items
  • Compile metrics related to key performance indicators for the Custom Services Division



    Knowledge and Qualifications
    • Minimum BSc degree in the biological sciences or related field; graduate degree strongly preferred
    • Experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Operations, Quality, or other business or quality positions
    • Project coordination experience is an asset
    • Experience in working with teams of varied backgrounds and skillsets, and navigating teamwork in a professional environment
