The Production Supervisor will report to the Superintendent. The production Supervisor plays an important role in the manufacturing of Plywood. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all the production staff on the plant floor.
• Ensuring the companies safety policies and procedures are adhered to
• Supervise all stages of the manufacturing of the logs – delivery, booming, de-barking, steaming, peeling and processing
• Monitor and ensure that the veneer supply is maintained in order to reach plants production need
• Ensure quality standards are met 

• Must have previous experience in Plywood, OSB or Veneer Plant
• Well developed leadership qualities will collaborative management style
• Excellent communication skills
• LEAN manufacturing experience an asset
