Our pre-washed and ready-to-eat packaged salads are available in all major grocery chains in Canada with a strong a rapidly growing presence in the US.
We have purchased approximately 700 acres of land in Coldstream and we will build a produce packing plant of 70,000 square foot state. We intend to begin operations in BC starting in the spring/early summer of 2018. We have several jobs positions to fill!

To respond to strong growth opportunities in the West, the company is seeking for a full time farm manual worker.
Under the supervision of the Plant Manager, you will have to prepare, check and balance the documents related to the production. You will have to carry out the necessary follow-ups on the production schedule of the day and coordinate the modifications of orders with the people concerned.
Prepare the necessary documents for production and distribute them to the people concerned:
Print the production schedule and inventory of raw products;
Prepare and print product tracking labels and customer identification sheets;
Check and balance the documents related to the production of the previous day:
Balance the inventory of raw materials used with the raw products registered and make the changes if necessary;
Check the inventory of finished products kit with the orders of the previous day and adjust the production schedule of the day;
Compile the production report (number of employees / shifts / position) for accounting;
Carry out the necessary follow-ups on the production schedule of the day and coordinate the changes of orders with the people concerned:
Reprint the production schedule, labels and customer identification forms and return them to the appropriate individuals;
Replace customer identification forms on pallets as needed;
Ensure, at all hours, that all orders have been scanned and correct errors as needed;
Communicate delays or advances on the production schedule at all times;
Perform other related dutie
Qualifications and requirements
High school diploma;
Minimum of 1 to 2 years experience in production coordination or inventory management;
Knowledge of a production environment;
Proficiency in spoken and written French;
Sense of organization pronounced;
Rapid reaction to change;
Knowing how to count;
