The mission of the Planning Department is to build the corporate sales and inventory plan to entrepreneurially and methodically drive the business.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for developing sound product plans to maximize sales while minimizing risk. As a Senior Planner, you will partner with the business to report, analyze and support the Product Division to enable data-driven decision making. As the Senior Planner, you will:
  • Accurately determine sales targets and the optimal merchandise mix required to meet or exceed these targets
  • Manage the in-season merchandise mix by channel in order to maximize sales opportunities
  • Inform the next season's forecast based on analysis of past-season performance
