Job Description
6-month contract Product Manager focusing on developer experience for a global retail organization with an on site work environment.
Our client is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for their Secure Delivery Platforms function which spans GitLab, Terraform Cloud, software supply chain security, DevOps transformation, and AI-enabled SDLC capabilities. This is a high-impact platform product role operating at significant enterprise scale, supporting 7 platforms across 23 products with over 1,000 customers each. You should be deeply customer-obsessed, with a strong track record of working directly with and on behalf of developer communities. You’ll define and drive a multi-year platform roadmap, translating enterprise priorities around security, compliance, and AI adoption into concrete platform investments. Day to day, this means partnering with engineering, security, and architecture teams to embed compliance and security standards directly into developer workflows, driving adoption of CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and AI-enabled tooling, and building the frameworks, golden paths, guardrails, self-service onboarding, that allow teams to move from idea to production securely and at scale. A key focus of this role will be supporting the organization's shift toward a more streamlined, consolidated platform model. This requires someone who can conduct meaningful market research, make informed recommendations on platform consolidation and tooling decisions, and bring both strategic thinking and technical credibility to those conversations. You can communicate equally well in an executive boardroom and a technical design session.
