Job Description
6-month contract Product Manager role working with a growing data and analytics team with a retail client.
As a result of ongoing investment in sustainability and supply chain innovation, our client is looking to add a Product Manager to their team. In this role you will help drive alignment across previously siloed functions by leading initiatives in data governance, integrity, and reporting clarity. Acting as the connective tissue between business stakeholders and the tech team, you will translate business reporting needs into scalable technical requirements, guide data strategy, and organize quarterly roadmaps using tools like Jira. The role is highly cross-functional and stakeholder-facing, ideal for someone who understands data deeply, can tell a clear story through it, and wants to eliminate manual processes through smart product thinking. You’ll work cross-functionally with product systems counterparts, project managers, and operational leaders to understand future capabilities and map out the end-to-end customer experience. You will also be responsible for writing robust product requirements, managing the product backlog, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery in partnership with engineering teams.

You:
You will bring the following education, skills and experience to the role:
- 3–5 years of product management experience, ideally in data or analytics-heavy products
- Familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) and ability to support effective data visualization design
- Proven experience gathering business requirements, prioritizing backlogs, and leading agile teams
- Strong understanding of data governance and stakeholder collaboration
- Experience in retail or supply chain data environments strongly preferred
This role pays between $80-100 per hour.
