Okay! And what would my key responsibilities be, as Scout’s Product Manager?
  • Work with Scout Talent’s Executive Team to translate our Group Vision into our Product Vision 
  • Take ownership of the Product Roadmap and work with relevant stakeholders to plan for the future
  • Deeply understand our target market, how our users are using Scout Talent’s software products today, and what their future needs will be
  • Dive deep into our users’ current pain points when it comes to using Scout’s software products and identify opportunities for improvement 
  • Work as the product owner alongside a passionate, cross-functional team of developers, designers and marketers to execute the Product Roadmap and deliver an amazing experience to our users
  • Set BHAGs (Big, Hairy, Audacious Goals) for yourself, and our Product division as a whole, and hit them!

The products and solutions we create and deliver are used by thousands of people every day. Even though Scout Talent is growing rapidly, we still have a relatively small team - so every single person we add takes on large responsibilities and has a huge impact on the business.

Our Product team is very much in the ‘forming’ stage! This means you’ll have a range of duties. It also means you’ll have the opportunity to set the culture of the team, improve the way we do things within our Product division, and you can be a part of recruiting new Product team members in the future.


What sort of person is Scout Talent looking for?
  • You have experience in product management and/or project management
  • You have experience in SaaS and/or Talent Acquisition/Recruitment/HR
  • You are a user advocate that values using data analysis when it comes to creating solutions, rolling out new features, and addressing user needs
  • You pride yourself on “owning it” and getting projects from idea to live as quickly as possible! You move ideas from the chaos of brainstorming and mock-ups to the clarity of execution and impact.
  • You thrive when you’re part of a cross-functional team, wearing lots of hats and doing whatever it takes to help your team and the business succeed
  • You are a problem solver who is excited by a challenge
  • You believe in Scout Talent’s purpose and vision, and want to be part of the team that achieves them!


What remuneration and benefits are on offer?

An attractive remuneration package will be offered in line with your skills and experience.
