As Product Owner of Digital Home Services for My Account, you will be responsible for executing and evolving the digital experience to make it easier for customers to manage their account on telus.com. You'll help foster and build strong relationships with stakeholders to effectively prioritise initiatives and drive digital adoption. You will work with stakeholders to define customer experiences that balance both customer and business needs. Manage and prioritize a backlog of user driven stories - reflecting both customer value and effort to deliver. Adjust roadmaps and backlogs to reflect accurate scope, effort and priority information as it becomes available. In conjunction with Analytics, User Experience and Design team members, you will research end to end customer journeys, articulating problems the customer needs solved. Prepare and present product demonstrations, product strategies and showcase the product results.About TELUS digital:
