Product Experience Test Coordinator

Amazing opportunity for a Product Experience Test Coordinator to support the technical product services area of a leading apparel brand. This is a 6-month contract role, and our client works a hybrid model of three days in office, and two remote days.

This is a fabulous opportunity for a highly motivated Product Experience Test Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

“A day in the life” of the Product Experience Test Coordinator

• Receive 5 samples of a new jacket.
• Determine jacket sizes and their intended activities (e.g., running, hiking, casual wear).
• Recruit suitable testers based on size and activity.
• Prepare the jacket samples for shipment to testers.
• Create a survey to gather feedback from testers, focusing on fit, functionality, and design perception.
• Collect and compile the feedback data.
• Share the collected feedback with a Product Experience Testing Analyst for report generation.
• Retrieve the jacket samples from testers and inspect them for any issues.
• Initiate follow-up conversations with testers as needed.
• Repeat this process for various other products to ensure they meet customer expectations.

In addition, the Product Experience Test Coordinator must be willing to engage with cross functional partners and develop rapport. This will be key for success so the Product Experience Test Coordinator knows what they must ask when creating the surveys in Qualtrics. Having the initiative to go out and start the conversation is vital for the success of this role.

Who- the Candidate: 

• Apparel/Sportswear experience
• Textile engineering, design, or testing and research background
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Qualtrics or any Survey Builder
• Excellent Time and Project Management Skills as the role will require balancing many wear test samples at a time.
• Curious and eager to learn.
• Strong verbal and virtual communication skills
• Friendly and flexible, team Player
