What You'll Be Doing:

  • Consistently promote and hold high regard to new business and contribute to Destination Auto Group’s customer base and referral network.
  • Maintain focus on the customer experience through the sales process:
    • Test drives
    • Respond to inquiries
    • Negotiating prices
    • Explaining services, warranties and vehicle features
    • Selling accessories or after-sales service.
    • Utilize and maintain working knowledge of all vehicle products including pricing and dealership specials.
    • Explain technical information while advising clients accordingly.

 What We're Looking For:

  • A candidate that has a strong desire to learn and move forward in our organization.
  • Willing to be coachable and open to continuous learning and development.
  • Has a strong passion for customer service; you enjoy engaging with client's and building relationships, identifying their needs, ensuring their comfortable and provided them with the appropriate information.
  • Excel at finding new and everlasting opportunities with clients.
  • Strong articulation for working out prices and finance deals for sales and negotiation processes.
  • Strong English writing and verbal skills; second language is an asset.
  • Valid B.C. Driver License and ability to provide Driver's Abstract.
  • Valid VSA license preferred but not mandatory.
