 What You’ll Be Doing:

  • •Sales - Sales of new and pre-owned vehicles, ensuring completion of all relevant documentation.
    •Business Development - Promote new business, and contribute to company's customer base and referral network. 
    •Customer Management and CSI - Maintain focus on the customer experience throughout the sales process; actively pursue high CSI results. 
    •Customer Service - Consistently and actively promote culture of exceptional customer service.
    •Knowledge - Develop expert knowledge of all products and accessories, priced and key features of our new and pre-owned vehicles. 
    •Full training will be provided.

 What We’re Looking For:

•Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not mandatory.
•Previous retail sales experience.
•Demonstrated aptitude for identifying new and potential clients, and creating business opportunities. 
•Passion for customer service. You enjoy talking with them, identifying their needs, ensuring a positive customer experience.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills. English fluency is required, ability to speak 2nd language (Mandarin/Cantonese) is an asset.
•Driven to succeed, self-starter, with a strong work ethic. 
•Coachable and open to continuous learning and development. 
•Effective negotiator and possess a great deal of professionalism.
•Strong computer skills (including MS Office suite proficiency).
•Valid VSA License preferred but not mandatory.
•Valid BC Driver's License, with a clean driver's abstract.
