  • The Opportunity:

    The mission of the Procurement Analyst is to support the Director of Operations in managing the company's supply of products from initial purchase to the end consumer. You will work directly with suppliers, manufacturers, freight partners, and warehouses to ensure we have the right product, in the right place, at the right time.
    This role requires an individual that thrives in an environment of continuous improvement, and problem-solving. Teamwork and adaptability will be critical to success. Meeting deadlines and delivering on promises nurtures your soul.

    The Responsibilities:
    • Determine weekly inventory buys and issue all needed purchase orders
    • Monitor all inbound shipments to ensure quick transit times to meet all product launch dates
    • Analyze product sales to make sound decisions on what inventory should be replenished in each of our warehouses
    • Identify, lead, and action on inventory opportunities throughout the product life cycle, such as product flow, consolidation, and exit strategies
    • Develop and track metrics for demand planning improvement & forecasting of Inventory
    • Work cross-functionally with manufacturing, sales and customer service to drive full margin sales and product sell-through
    • Work with account managers of third party warehouses to ensure accurate and above average and eco-friendly fulfillment practices
    • Work with carriers to mitigate the risk of delivery issues that arise
    • Ensure financial accuracy of purchase orders and invoices

    • 1-2 years inventory and/or planning experience
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; comfortable with pivot tables and lookup function
    • Analytical skills and attention to detail
    • Results-oriented and process-driven
    • Strong communication skills
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Self-directed problem solver; proactive and resourceful

    Salary: $45,000-$50,000
